InOmaha
I wish Valintine and Collins would have stayed. I think that would have helped the D this year. Quote Link to comment

Jonathan Paul
it's like our defense is 10 yards away from the line of scrimmage every play... Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
Do our DBs have a pass breakup yet today? Looks like they're out there directing traffic or something. : Our defensive coordinators believe in the Airport philosophy, in that you give the WR space, then run up and squeeze the love out of them. lo country
What Nebraska's running game is missing is this: It can't be just a philosophical choice that you're going to commit to running the football... It can't just be the type of scheme you use for running the football... ...It has to be a mindset. The great Nebraska rushing teams of the past didn't just enter a game with a coaching philosophy of running the football. Instead, the entire team had a complete mindset that they were not just going to run the ball on you, but they were absolutely going to over-power you and break your will. Yes. Running is much more than simply saying let's run... Mindset. Play calling. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan92
Ed was actually right...should've been roughing the passer Quote Link to comment
