NM11046
Pretty good idea of how the next 4 years are going to go after listening to the first official Press Conference. Combative, unfocused, absolute lack of acknowledging real issues - and worried about, of all things size. Since these are obviously not going to be dialogues or a place where information is shared I wish the press would just quit giving them the platform. Would be awesome to see this Spice-girl come out to have just a Fox News and a Breitbart (and maybe Russia media) in the audience. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2017/01/21/trumps-press-secretary-lashes-out-at-press-calling-crowd-coverage-shameful-and-wrong/?tid=sm_tw&utm_term=.2c51f2f3d6ed Link to comment

Moiraine
That reminds me. A friend of mine has a boyfriend (and father of her kids) who works as an animator at Disney. They decided a long time ago not to get married. After gay marriage was legalized, Disney changed their health care policy to not cover domestic partners for anyone. So they now cover all married couples but no domestic partners (gay or straight). Bunch o' jerks. Link to comment
knapplc
The "We The People" petition to get Trump to disclose his tax returns needed 100,000 signatures to warrant a White House response. The deadline was February 19th. It's January 22nd and it already has 200,000 signatures. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/immediately-release-donald-trumps-full-tax-returns-all-information-needed-verify-emoluments-clause-compliance I can't wait for this to be ignored by Trump.
