Redux
I hate the ACC, whoever leads the other division then, Miami? Quote Link to comment
Undone
So... If we beat Maryland and Iowa... Wisconsin loses to Minnesota.. Penn State wins out................. Michigan loses to tOSU........... Nebraska will be your B1G Champs and will be in the playoffs. Also, if Wisky doesn't lose, they will be your champs in that scenario. Agreed, Matty. And I'd even add after your line of 'Michigan loses to Ohio State...': "If we had just put a bit more effort into that last drive in regulation against Wisconsin, we could actually be talking legitimately about being in the playoff..." BUT...we didn't win that game. So, it's only a dream at this point. Quote Link to comment

Moiraine
Hey... I can't remember the % but there was something like a 0.05% chance Clemson, Michigan, and Washington would all lose Saturday. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan74
I do not see Wisconsin losing another game. They are a very solid team and well coached, which is really surprising considering that their coach is not a big name coach. Also, beating Iowa in Iowa is easier said than done. I hope I am wrong, and that Wisconsin loses and we beat Iowa but do we really want to face whoever wins the East? In that scenario, I only like our chances against Penn State. Quote Link to comment
Nebraska Alum
While anything is possible, I do not see Wisconsin losing at home to Minnesota this year. I'm pretty sure that they will win the West. 1 Quote Link to comment

Pretty solid chance the east champ will be Penn State. Do people not realize that if penn state and Ohio state win out, Penn State is the champ? Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Pretty crazy that Ohio State is the #2 team in the country and needs help to win their division. Quote Link to comment
Redux
I forgot Penn State lost to Pitt, that's two VERY imprressive W's on their resume now. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Please quit talking playoffs. We were doing this 2 weeks ago and look where it got us. Just stop. We wont make the playoffs. We dont belong in the playoffs. We couldnt compete in the playoffs. Horse before carriage. IF we get to Indy, win that. We need to get a conference championship first. But the first most important step and is getting back to that game and at the very least being competitive. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
I can't see anyway that they take PSU...if it was the top 8 sure but not the top 4. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
Also, has there ever been a team that has gotten more love for losing games than Wisconsin? Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Also, has there ever been a team that has gotten more love for losing games than Wisconsin? I think too many teams in CFB get way too much credit for their quality losses than their actual wins. Wisconsin does have a nice wins over LSU and Nebraska, but they are clearly living off their "quality losses". The CFP committee is also being swayed too much by Barry Alvarez being in the meetings.
