What did I learn (the extended hiatus edition)

Recommended Posts

That the Huskers are the same team as they were 2 years ago, unable to win crucial games but with less douchebaggery, so I guess thats ok

Glad to see somethings haven't changed, aka throwing the ball and 3rd and short

I'm glad hockey season starts in October

Can't tell you how happy I am about that, it's like watching the Callahan era Huskers...

Interesting since I remember many times in 3rd and short we ran it and made it.

aside from 2 games (3 I guess, couldn't watch the bowl game) I thought we did a damn good job of getting into good third down situations and converting. Even against Wisconsin we had good 3rd down efficiency

Yeah...33rd in the country. Right behind Wisconsin and Washington..... and ahead of Michigan. Only about 3 percentage points lower than teams like Alabama and OSU.

And..yes...we ran for a heck of a lot of those.

Stats! Langsdorf has been pretty consistent in his run/pass ratio on 3rd and short over the past two years.
