Minnesota_husker
The big question for some of these guys that have 1 year left is what team will actually be better next year and give them more publicity? Nebraska or UCF. I get in 2-3 years with this staff we should be in a better place for players to get more pub but if I am a Grad transfer candidate, I might stick with UCF where they could still be good enough to win a lot of ball games next year even with a new staff. If they lose even 1-2 games next year they are looking at a Birmingham or Liberty bowl and become an after thought real quick. A good comparison might be Western Michigan after Fleck left. Bet they haven't even crossed people's minds since that great run they had. Quote Link to comment

Both are studs WR Tre'Quan Smith: 1,171 yds and 13 TD DB Kyle Gibson: 64 tackles, 4 INT I'd be surprised if Smith isn't NFL bound, same with Mike Hughes. Quote Link to comment

Idk about better, but more publicity will be N, no question. 23 hours ago, spurs1990 said: If they lose even 1-2 games next year they are looking at a Birmingham or Liberty bowl and become an after thought real quick. PaulCrewe
Frost has been on record more or less imploring Knight players to stay at UCF Quote Link to comment

Of course not, but he strongly wants those kids to stay. He also said that of the recruiting class he had built there, but we’ve seen that play out differently Quote Link to comment

And I actually believe that. Most coaches come off as used-car salesman but I think Frost is honest when he says he cared and loved UCF. If UCF actually would have made the college playoffs I think he would have stayed but he wants to win a National Championship and he knows he cant do that at UCF. Quote Link to comment

ADS
They blocked Nebraska? Wow that doesn’t scream “I’m butt hurt at all”. 1 Quote Link to comment
Atbone95
I could get it if Scott was poaching, and this was more than one player. The dude grew up 25 minutes from Lincoln and played his state games in the stadium. f#*k off UCF. 11 minutes ago, swmohusker said: He could walk on which is doubtful or go juco for a year right? Lol, yes. If he really wanted to, he could walk on and get cheap in-state tuition for a year. Quote Link to comment
