No reason to get personal with your first sentence in the last paragraph.

—please point me to the charge/conviction of someone close to the campaign for obstruction or collusion from the Mueller investigation.   Mueller had u limited resources and time and couldn’t find one.   Maybe you have more info than he does.  Would love to see it.

—Trump is no longer a sitting President, TNG is.  Why hasn’t the the DOJ charged Trump or those around him with Obstruction of Justice related to “Russia investigation”.

As I've said before, the Dems put too much expectation on the Mueller Report, handled both Impeachment strategies poorly, and MSNBC became far too obsessed with any and all things Russia.

When the Mueller team began turning over rocks, they did not find proof of collusion, they just found Donald Trump surrounded by men as seedy and unethical has he was, and up to their asses in unethical and yes, illegal dealings with notoriously bad Russian and Eastern European actors. Far from innocent, these guys lied, or plea-dealed, or went to jail.

For the record, it also wasn't illegal for Donald Trump to stand next to Vladimir Putin and tell the world he believes the KGB dude's story over the unanimous analysis of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. But it does inform you where the leader of the free world's head was at. The "legality" of his actions cures nothing.

So let's put Russia behind us once and for all and deal with the undeniable fact that Donald Trump actively undermined the electoral process in the United States, staging a multi-faceted coup in order to maintain power, a process that continues to be carried out by members of your party. A party where Donald Trump remains the leading candidate.

Obstruction of Justice:

Definition

18 U.S.C. § 1503 defines "obstruction of justice" as an act that "corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice."

Examples of Obstruction:

Anyone who lies to authorities when questioned in the course of a criminal investigation commits obstruction of justice. (18 U.S.C. § 1505.) This includes lying in written answers to interrogatories, falsifying documents, and other means of delivering false information to investigators.

Several members of Trumps orbit were charged or pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI. George Paladopoulos is a primary example.

Example:

Witness Tampering is also a form of obstruction of justice. Anyone who threatens, coerces, tries to bribe, or otherwise attempts to interfere with a witness's truthful testimony is guilty. (18 U.S.C. § 1510.)

Roger Stone was charged with Witness Tampering, for example.

You're simply clinging to the idea that because nobody was charged with the specific crime of Obstruction that this is all a Russigate-sham-hoax. When the reality is that the several instances were found and Prosecutors simply elected to file charges related to Obstruction - such as lying to authorities, witness tampering, etc. all classic examples of obstruction but are also crimes by themselves - for a variety of legal reasons. This includes likelihood of a guilty pleas, number of charges they could file, evidence and resources available to prosecute, etc.

The reason Obstruction charges haven't been brought after the fact is because the Political Right in this country - you included - would simply conclude that it's a part of a deep state Government conspiracy to file charges against the most influential figure in your party and the backlash would be severe. This would be a deeply destabilizing event. Even though the evidence is extremely overwhelming, the Right wouldn't accept it.

Quote

Citing information from some parents and children who attended the party, NonDoc Media reported that Ms. Broyles had sworn at one girl, while also mentioning that she was Hispanic, and had referred to another girl’s acne, among other abusive remarks. They said that she had vomited into one of the girls’ shoes, in addition to the laundry hamper.

Wow.

Maybe just bow out of politics at this point, huh? It's not for everyone...
