I'm pretty sure Obama wasn't in favor of higher taxes. But I agree that's a major failing of the Dem party leadership.

Honestly, I appreciate that he is exposed as a hypocrite, we are all hypocrites so it is good that people that voted for him realize it, accept it and realize that in the end, most people are "in it" for themselves first.

All politicians, both parties, are guilty of being hypocrites and making laws and using the laws they made for their personal benefit. We the people have allowed them to become an untouchable aristocracy.
