Chili and Cinnamon Rolls

At thanksgiving, do you mix your turkey, stuffing, gravy, jello, cranberries, pie all into one mess on your plate for one combined bite?

Actually I have been known to mix potatoes, corn, stuffing, turkey and gravy together into one mess and eat it that way. Sometimes I’ll put all that in a tortilla and make a leftovers burrito. But that’s good. I wouldn’t do it with chili and cinnamon rolls.

But not jello, cranberries and pie too.

Oh hell no

I think it’s kind of funny the people struggling with the idea of chili and cinnamon rolls….and then trying to come up with some odd way of combining them. Maybe it’s because so many of us just grew up with it.

Yep, mix it all together - but not the stuff that melts.   But mixing tators, corn, stuffing, gravy all together - it is a cornucopia of flavor - and besides turkey in normally dry (why I like dark meat) and all of that stuff mixed to together helps it go down.

I've been mixing my mashed potatoes, corn, turkey, noodles and gravy lloonngg before KFC decided to market it. Nothing with fruit or a sweet taste, though; those require a separate plate.

or as @ColoradoHusk says a separate bowl.     This is making me hungry now.   Got to throw the sweet potato casserole in that mix also - actually it is more sweet so that can be off the side just a bit.
