From what I found, he was at the house of his ex-wife but there didn't seem to be any physical altercation, injuries or damages. So I read that as she asked him to leave and he wouldn't. It looks like either a) he is crazy and just wouldn't leave or b) his wife is crazy and set him up by taking a photo of his car being in her driveway. Quote Link to comment

The article sounds like the ex-wife is just being difficult and catty and trespassing in this circumstance shouldn’t be a fireable offense, unless there is additional information.
