Loved Arrow back in the day. The first 2.5 seasons are great, but it starts to take a turn around then.

Vector is right, though; make sure you start watching The Flash. He gets introduced in season 2 of Arrow.

Yeah, Season 4 of Arrow was kind of a wash, and the finale sucked IMO. But they're getting back to basics supposedly, and Flashpoint will impact all four DC CW shows, so they may use Flashpoint to hit the reset button on a lot of stuff that happened.

I like the show a lot. Havent started The Flash yet but plan on it soon.

CU's QB got hurt. Heard that is when the Meatchicken game turned, when they had to go to a frosh QB. Some kind of ankle injury-he is day to day. If he can't play, Oregon should be fine. If he can go....Oregon should still be okay.

Gotta hold it tighter. Muscle memory, if you can keep something that heavy high and tight then a football would be easy peasy.

I'll piggy back off JJ. I go to my chirp frequently. This past week I drove to Chicago for work, I woke up Tuesday and my right thigh muscles were tight, sore, and couldn't put all my weight on it. Didn't get back til Thursday evening, went to my chiro Friday to get realigned and in a couple hours I felt 75% better with less feeling of something being off.

If you're going frequently that should tell you all you need to know about how effective it is.

Not really. i go consistently to stay in alignment and prevent any breakdowns, which has helped me tremendously. One breakdown after a 7hr car drive and crappy motel bed is the only hindrance in last 2 years.

And snowy. Just finished scooping the walks.
