More teams does dilute the pool. But these kids all have plenty of NBA worthy talent, they just aren't mature enough for the NBA. That results in an apparent diluting of talent when they don't "pan out". They just aren't ready.

If college isn't their path, they shouldn't have to go. But they definitely shouldn't be in the league yet. D-Leauge, Spain, fine. NBA, no.

sd'sker; Meh, wouldn't trade Bo out for Strong IMO. If the time ever comes for Bo to go, we need a proven coach that has shown he can do it more than during 1 recruits stardom. (If Bridgewater was not there, they lose more than they win).

Strong won't make boosters feel like they are "part of the program" like Brown did. This will catch up with him quick and it won't be good for him.

@duke, i imagine that is why most coaches passed on this job and why i worry it will be a bad experience for strong.
