We won the toss and deferred. Sparty took the ball. We took.....against the wind. And as the 1st quarter played out, being against that wind kept us from trying 3 long fiield goal attempts. Most notably, 5 plays into the game.

Hindsight is 20/20. If we had those FG opportunities in the second quarter, and picked different, you would be questioning the same thing.

I go back to that Wisconsin game last year. Gallegos and Pitchford each hit a 3 on their first looks i believe. After that, having to get out on Gallegos, and the goofy big guy and the other lanky fella of Wisconsin having to play that much closer to Pitch just blew the lanes wide open. Remember the hayday that Shields and Petteway had getting to the rim. Now this year, a presence of Abraham and/or Smith along with Pitchford getting hot will go along way in alleviating our current issues...

Not as bad as you'd think. There's some pretty lame threads, but I generally just avoid it until at least Sunday after losses.

We've always have had upswings in stupidity after losses. It's not new.The difference is, we've had more losses in a short period of time to compound the issue.
