Tai has been spectacular. 49 out of 50 minutes last night. What a warrior. Glad to see all of his hard work starting to pay off.

And every conference win is big. Doesn't matter if it's Iowa, Wisconsin, or Rutgers.

I was calling him to be fired last year after the Illinois debacle. I knew that it wasn't realistic and his job was safe. I admit that he has done a good job with the team this year, but it's still a long ways to go. I am also leery on the long-term success aspects for Riley.

I went to the Illini game. (My son's first game! Ugh.) I was very disappointed. But still thought it would set us back even further to start from ground zero again. JMHO.

See, I completely disagree, Lil' Red. I think asking Prukop to pick us apart in front of the 90k will be a tougher task. I think Oregon will have more success if they're able to establish Freeman and take the pressure off of Prukop.

blitzing against a dink and dunk offense is the worst thing you can do Lil Red. Wasting defenders that won't get there anyway.

Even in a dink and dunk offense, the receivers need some time to get open and the QB needs time to go through his progressions if his first option isn't open.

You can't be injured and underperform when you ARE on the field and stay on a roster. There are tons of young players getting cut right now. Too bad for Kenny, but hopefully he gets another chance and things work out.
