ccm420
who gives a f#*k about rankings? his athleticism and room to grow are off the charts. hes blowing up. Link to comment
Danimal
Whats his rank on rivals and 24.7? He is a 5.7(top-tier) 3* on rivals, they have him as the #26 athlete. Like his combination of size and speed, should be a good safety for us. Kinda wonder if he could grow into an OLB or H-Back. Link to comment
'SkerNation
Its always nice to see a hard working midwestern kid join our program. He has the potential to do great things. Congrats Nate dog!!! Link to comment
MLB 51
Welcome aboard. You made the right choice. Link to comment
PaulCrewe
His times in the 100 and 200 in track(something like 10.7 and 22 flat) are VERY impressive for a kid at his size. As said he will be a safety at first, but very easily can become an OLB. This is a VERY good get. Link to comment
flatwaterfan
Welcome to the Husker family Nathan! Link to comment
The Dude
He obviously has a good head on his shoulders since Nebraska is his dream school. Welcome aboard. Link to comment
TonyStalloni
4.42 speed in the 40. Fast for a safety....blistering for a LB. Whatever position he ends up at I think we have a winner. Left to right....Dan Samuelson, not sure on "17", Greg Hart, A J Natter, Nathan Gerry, Josh Banderas. Link to comment
NoLongerN
What an outstanding prospect! Holy smoke, I'm sooooo glad be beat USC, Alabama, and Oklahoma for this kid's committment. Agreed. Guess I am still pissed about Cox. Top 40 player and it seems the board didn't see that as a major fail. To me, seems like we are drooling over this guy. He is a "get", another prospect yes. TonyStalloni
Recruiting can be a frustrating ordeal for fans. The wheels turn slowly and we want what we want now. Not every kid we contact has a burning desire to be a Husker. I'm sure Wally Cox wanted his grandson to wear Husker red on Saturdays but a grandparent probably has limited influence over their grandson. I'm going to trust the coaches on this one, that Chans was cool to us and who knows what goes through the head of an 18 year old. That said, I'm going to be excited about Nathan committing yesterday and look forward to great things from him. 1 Link to comment

If "44" was Banderas he is freaking HUGE for an LB. Link to comment
gbr93
#17 is indeed Banderas. I'm not sure who the other one is though. Would it be lacouture? Link to comment
