Because he is an idiot ... but there is no way TM should have thrown that ball Agree with both. But Beck knows his qb doesn't make the best decisions. 2nd and 5 let ameer have a shot...or fade it up to Q. Just can't agree with that call at ALL. They already had 2 picks on us. Beck has to stop putting so much on Taylor's arm. He's not a smart passing qb. The previous play he throws a wild shovel pass into a tight window when he had a chance at the pylon. You're right Beck isn't suited up in #3, but he is the one calling run or pass plays for #3. Taylor's only responsibility is to run the plays that are called by the coaching staff. Needless to say the offensive play calling by Beck in this game has been very poor. No power game at all. Abandoned it early and have never found it. Even last week against Michicken, the red zone power was non-existent. Quote Link to comment
