hskrfan4life
Big difference with this loss as compared to the blowouts suffered in years' past: this game ended with optimism and hope. That is a good point. We can win out and still make it to the CCG. Quote Link to comment
olddominionhusker
Lots of heart Still... Bad QB play and horrid offensive line play was what lost this game +1. Quote Link to comment
The Nebraskan Assassin
I can definitely live with this loss. I'd feel a lot different if they'd folded the tent and given up when down 27-3. Quote Link to comment
lo country
Big difference with this loss as compared to the blowouts suffered in years' past: this game ended with optimism and hope. Not how you start, its how you finish. They finished strong. Great almost comeback. Wish the pass to AA had been completed. That was the win IMO Quote Link to comment
irafreak
I don't really feel too bad about this game at all. I was expecting a blowout, and it should have been. It was one of the sloppiest, ugliest, worst-called games I've ever seen, and we almost pulled it off. This is the game that Pelini always, always, always gets blown out in at least once a year. I'm strangely more optimistic now than I have been since the UCLA game last year. Comeback or not don't be fooled by this. We were outclassed...this feels like Wisconsin all over again. Big comeback after looking awful most of the game only to feel good about the rematch and get decimated by a team that didn't let up this time....the comeback may actually be worse for the long run...(I know some will really go after me for this comment) Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
I thought Knapp quit watching the game a long time ago What a liar Quote Link to comment
The Nebraskan Assassin
Hey, win out, beat MSU in the rematch, and who knows what could happen. I think this loss could actually be a positive turn for this year's team. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I deserve some serious apologies tonight... funny how all the haters seem to have disappearedyeah we know No, you don't deserve any apologies tonight, get over yourself! LOL... I love it when people refuse to admit that they're wrong. Yeah, you're right... Alonzo Moore is garbage He's still dropped A LOT of balls, simple as that, one catch doesn't change that. Besides I said I apologize to him a few pages back, but you're too busy patting yourself on the back and watching "film" to realize that. Quote Link to comment

Ah yes...I keep forgetting about all those 5 star recruits we've lost because of the snarky and negative comments on Huskerboard. Greatest fans in the world...pffffttt.... Quote Link to comment

Possibly but you can guarantee this woke up MSU. A rematch with us will be four quarters of football...they let up and it was pretty obvious. Quote Link to comment
