You would probably need to be more specific because we hear of plenty that do like red flag laws.   I think the issue at hand is the details of the red flag laws themselves.  Making them have teeth without overreaching.

So…we must act immediately to protect 9 people who likely have state of the art security systems and protective services because of a possible threat but millions of school age kids can fend for themselves after numerous have been slaughtered over the course of many years. Logic in R land
