Cdog923
things cm would say for $500 chuck "he coached on a 3-9 team last year...of course Riley wants to hire him" Underrated post. 1 Quote Link to comment
Treand3
He is the lead recruiter for Arizona's top commit who we've been after to flip. Actuall, top two commits and we've been working on both of them. This would be a great hire. As you stated, he's in on a lot of our top targets out west. Quote Link to comment
Nebfanatic
Really hope he comes on down. Huge upgrade over Read Quote Link to comment
Kiyoat Husker
So....I'm wondering how he would fit into the staff. Stewart coaches CBs and Banker coaches safeties. Would he take over Banker's spot with DBs or Stewarts? Safeties played well this year, I'd like to see Banker continue there. I guess all that really matters for the next few months is that he appears to be an ace recruiter.. He has worked with linebackers in the past, too. I could see Bray getting an upgrade.... (co-DC, or STC) Quote Link to comment

Turning into a PAC-12 has worked out for Colorado this year. Do what we got todo to win and get the recruits here. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
To me, it sounds like an insurance plan for Stewart potentially leaving in the future (or maybe sooner). Stewart is a guy who will get DC opportunities every year. Quote Link to comment
ADS
To anyone worried about Thompson not being retained I would say if Riley sent him out to recruit this week then his spot is safe and they'll find a place for him. Quote Link to comment

Once the NCAA approves another assistant Thompson will be hired immediately. Quote Link to comment

BIG ERN
Donte would be better than Read and Banker combined. Heck, I'd even take him over Stewart. Thompson will be hired once the B10 approves the additional coach Quote Link to comment
