It is that kind of talk that makes fans decide players are busts when they are not all conference in the first year. There is a line between analysis and hyperbole. He never said all conference. He said a good enough prospect to get reps as a freshman. He needs to learn the offense and get stronger. Quote Link to comment

A high school senior who has never played a down for Nebraska needs to get stronger for the Big 10 and learn the offense......hard hitting news there folks. 2 Quote Link to comment
macroboy
I look forward to a day when we have enough OL depth that talk of incoming freshman starting isn't even a thing. 1 Quote Link to comment
Huskers93-97
Sure is great to lock up a Mauler from the 55044. 5 Quote Link to comment

HuskerPowerVA
He is exactly the type of linemen we need for the future. Let him come here and grow without pressure. Vast potential. Quote Link to comment

Throw Dem Bones
I know recruiting services have a tough job to evaluate thousands of players to give accurate grades but how on earth does Rivals have Benhart as a 5.7 3*... I know that is a fringe 4* but come on, you're going to tell me this kid is just a fringe 3-4 star!? Quote Link to comment
everybody knows my name
I'm watching Benhart right now in the Class 6A Prep Bowl, Lakeville North against Eden Prairie. I don't know much about playing the line, but I can see he's as big as a house, and the Lakeville line is an effective unit. Quote Link to comment
