Decked
Boy we’ll probably have plenty of spots to go after transfers/give to walk-ons. Step up Hunter Miller, Farniok, & Farmer. Quote Link to comment
ADS
Boe Wilson moving to center would make a ton of sense. Quote Link to comment

We were much better with him in the game than we were with him out of the game. But I respect his decision. We will be much better with Cavanaugh gone regardless. 2 Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
That’s a blow to the OL for sure. They were clearly better when Decker was at center last year. Had to have been a hard decision for him. Best of luck to him. 3 Quote Link to comment

The Murphinator
Here are a couple of grad transfers I think we should go after https://247sports.com/Player/Brandon-Kennedy-21560 https://247sports.com/player/dallas-warmack-26965 https://247sports.com/player/breontae-matthews-84157 https://247sports.com/Player/Dennis-Edwards-26930 Quote Link to comment
Xmas32
Wish Decker all the best. I'm sure it was not an easy decision to make. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
Well that sucks, but he's gotta do what feels right for him. He's a young guy with a lot ahead of him. 2 Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
He was injured this spring, and had some previous injuries. I wonder if he figures there is no shot at pro ball given his health, and he does not have the desire to put in the time for college ball? Quote Link to comment
NUance
So I guess our previous coach didn't have a huge impact on Decker. You know, coach Mike Reilly. ("I thank coach Mike Reilly, ... ) /spelling smack 1 Quote Link to comment
NUinID
From what I have heard on other boards. Someone in the know fwiw said he has struggled with wanting to walk away before. That is why even though he looked better than Conrad he wasn’t starting. His commitment has always been shaky. That doesn’t mean he is a bad kid it just means the love for the game isn’t what it needs to be. I quit playing after my freshman year, d2. Didn’t want to put the time into it. 2 Quote Link to comment
Scratchtown
When reading that, it sounds like to me that his goals are not to be committed to the game of football and he used it as a means to get free schooling. Can't use those type of guys. Obviously want our kids to be committed to their academics but you can do both. I like that we are rooting these guys out of the locker room -- I abhor the "don't care" attitude (Not that Decker truly didn't care, just read it as that) Quote Link to comment
macroboy
Kind of took that too far. Quote Link to comment
