Actually I have been known to mix potatoes, corn, stuffing, turkey and gravy together into one mess and eat it that way. Sometimes I’ll put all that in a tortilla and make a leftovers burrito. But that’s good. I wouldn’t do it with chili and cinnamon rolls. 1 Quote Link to comment

ColoradoHusk
I like to keep my foods separate on my plate. In fact, if I have a food that's "runny" or a dessert, I will put it in a small bowl on the side of the plate just so it doesn't cross-contaminate other foods. 1 2 Quote Link to comment

No wonder you think cinnamon rolls improve it. Once you've got a decent chili, try smothering a burrito in it - delicious! Quote Link to comment

Oh hell no I think it’s kind of funny the people struggling with the idea of chili and cinnamon rolls….and then trying to come up with some odd way of combining them. Maybe it’s because so many of us just grew up with it. Quote Link to comment

But mixing tators, corn, stuffing, gravy all together - it is a cornucopia of flavor - and besides turkey in normally dry (why I like dark meat) and all of that stuff mixed to together helps it go down. 1 Quote Link to comment
Jeremy
Chili and cinnamon rolls is as Nebraska as Tom Osborne. We might lose the last vestige of Husker glory - the sellout streak - but we'll ALWAYS have chili and cinnamon rolls... 1 Quote Link to comment

Cdog923
I've been mixing my mashed potatoes, corn, turkey, noodles and gravy lloonngg before KFC decided to market it. Nothing with fruit or a sweet taste, though; those require a separate plate. 1 Quote Link to comment

Got to throw the sweet potato casserole in that mix also - actually it is more sweet so that can be off the side just a bit. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
