thexyz
I'd hesitate reading too much into anything that there hasn't been an announcement. Discussions could've been going on for some time with offensive coordinators. All the filled positions will likely be announced all together at once. Quote Link to comment

Or Ed Warriner ST-Bill Busch- Also had our safeties playing at. A high level under Cally can assist defensive side of the ball RB-Ron Brown Beckton, Brown and Busch already on staff. Lame duck coach, no worries Korn- High risk, high reward. Leave a gig to risk 1 year here. BUT if you succeed , as a disciple of Chadwell, you prove that scheme can bang in the B1G. Pave the way if Frost gets canned for better long term position. Also silences the “he’s not the OC talk at CC”. Proves he can make the scheme him. Garrison. Allure to come back Boom. Due to scheduling changes in the COVID year of 2020, NU was to play at Purdue and hosted Wisconsin in back-to-back years. Of course, the Wisky game wasn't played due to their COVID outbreak the week before the game. In 2021, the division schedules just switched home and away, but Wisconsin and Purdue rotation were supposed to switch back to the pre-2020 schedule in 2022. However, NU would prefer to keep the split of Iowa and Wisconsin being on opposite home/away schedules each year. 2 Quote Link to comment

Seems just too true to form: Big Ten rewrites our schedule every 4-5 years too make things tough for us. Probably drop a weak home opponent to give us a tougher road game. Or move our bye week to make things even more difficult. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNation1
I am not sure if this was posted already, but some thoughts on different names for the openings. I would be good with Korn, Joseph and Raiola or Garrison for OL. That would leave one open position which could be for ST or it could be a dedicated RB coach. I think given this past season it's important to get a dedicated ST coach. https://www.cornnation.com/2021/11/30/22809163/the-nebraska-football-offensive-coaches-replacement-roundtable-of-fun 1 Quote Link to comment

Huskinator
My issue with Korn is he doesn’t call the plays now. It would be a learning curve for him…. How is that better than what we have? 1 Quote Link to comment
