Mavric
Quote Rhule's staff is youngest in Nebraska's Big Ten history Rhule's staff has an average age of 40.27 years old. He has constructed a staff that's two years younger than any other Husker staff since 2011. Staff Average = 40.27 Non-Coordinator Average = 38.375 ... Nebraska is on par with previous Big Ten champions Dating back to when Nebraska entered the Big Ten in 2011, the Husker staff's age is right on line with previous champions over the past decade. With an average 44.5 years old, that's only 0.1 below the average Big Ten champion. With an average staff age of 44.66, along with a 43.1 non-coordinator age, Nebraska isn't an outlier. When you take a closer look at the numbers, Rhule may be on to something with such a young staff. Link 1 Quote Link to comment

Huskerfollower4life
I got a question and didn't know where to ask? Why does Nebraska hire position coaches that have to learn on the job and have no prior experience to have taken a job instead of going out and getting a experience coach? When it comes to having a experience position coach their are more recruiting advantages I would think then not. Also with a experience coach they have the expertise to solve problems faster then not. What are the benefits to have a inexperienced position coach? Just food for thought Quote Link to comment
