Alshon and it's not that close. Look at red zone targets/percentages and you see it. To a fault Cutler has tunnel vision for Alshon esp in the red zone. Good if you own Alshon not so much if you own Cutler.

Amari is outside my top 12 Wrs. Alshon is my #6. Even ahead of Dez(cowboys fan).

I'm a Bears fan and Cutler does suck. AJ gets catches in spite of his suckiness.

Still, Amari could have a huge year. Maybe I'll try and pick him up later if nobody else grabs him.

@Coach Power'T cowardly how?  I would rather play a team we have a history with.  We could play our final marquee game the week before against Wisconsin.

Oregon/Oregon State have been played forever on the last weekend. Oregon isn't lobbying to soften up the schedule. 

The way it was put, Redux, sounded more like you wanted a creampuff to play the final week of the year. The difference is one is established already...the other isn't

Nebraska and Kansas is a series that had run forever before the move to thr Big Ten.  How would us scheduling them as our rival week opponent be any different than Oregon vs State?  SEC schedules their creampuff in week 11, how is that any different.  In my scenario, we would play 2 out of conference games early in the year and KU later on.  KU is better thsn playing another group of 5 team.  Hardly softening the schedule. 

I wouldn’t have picked if he hadn’t dropped the IC on Monday.  

Hearing buzz he may be in the dog house again, possibly another wellness policy violation.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I'm leaning towards directvnow for the more permanent cable replacement solution but I have been wanting to check out Hulu just to have anyway. @ZRod I didn't know Hulu had any BTN content. Do they carry it live in real time or is it all on a delayed or next day basis?

@Comfortably Numb if you get their live TV package ($39.99/month after the trial) you get BTN and a bunch of sports channels with it. Looks like you can replay the spring game at the moment. A lot of their live TV can be streamed for a few days/hours after the original airing, and they have a lot of old episodes as well. As I mentioned before it can skip and repeat a several times during live broadcasts, which is annoying..

@ZRod ah, just figured out they are now offering Hulu with live tv. I thought you meant BTN might be available on their standard Netflix like cheaper service. If I’m going to spend $40/ month I’ll probably go with directvnow or psvue and get everything I need.

Somebody needed to clean up around here.

Everything I've heard from Hardcore History has been excellent.  Blueprint for Armageddon is a masterpiece.  My personal favorite is Kings of Kings.   It's not really considered among his best work, but I love the subject matter.

Blueprint is insane, when you finally understand most of today's issues (and all of WWII) Stem from that war. A war started by sheer luck or destiny. A war were idiocy seem to rule, and people thought 18th and 19th century tactics would work in a 20th century fight.

Thanks @ZRod and @The Dude for recommending Dan Carlin's Blueprint. Excellent. I didnt realize how little I really knew or understood about WWI.

IT'S ALL THIS DAMN SNOW.  IT'S MARCH DAMNIT.  I NEED TO ROLL AROUND IN THE GRASS.

A couple of credit cards that had 0%APR for 15 months and that's coming to an end soon so either bundle up or transfer to another card.  Then a couple vehicle loans.

Unless you are paying outrageous interest rates on your vehicle loan, I don't think it would be a good idea to finance a vehicle over 15-30 years, which you would be doing in a mortgage loan.

Yeah, I wouldn't finance a vehicle for more than 4 or 5 years. Now if you can pay off the vehicle using the equity from your home and increase your mortgage, it might be okay depending on the amounts and interest rates involved. But you sure don't want a vehicle tied up with a mortgage for 15-30. Not even sure if that's possible ...

Anyone who ever argues the Universities make so much money off participating in bowl games is completely clueless 

I think most people are aware that the universities don't make money on the lower tier bowls, but I don't think a lot of people know that many schools actually end up paying to go bowling.

I actually doubt many people realize that it's either a wash or a loss.  Every year I see the argument of all the great money universities and cities make from bowls when the opposite is true.

I've been a big fan of Tenacious D since they were on Mr. Show with Bob & David, before they even had their own show.

That being said, I couldn't bring myself to go to the show.  I'm just not big on concerts in my old age.  I'd rather listen to music with headphones by myself.

Part of me has regrets, but I know I would have just been miserable the whole time.

It was incredible.  The place was packed to the brim.  The seating was fantastic.  Couldn't be happier I went.
