Why in the hell cant we just be consistent on offense? The shoot lights out one night and cant make s#!t the next gets old. The lalls in every game where we cant score even one basket. Gotta have some plays we can run that are cut stoppers. JekylHyde teams are no fun.

When you are 0-15 in 3 pointers you should give up on those for a bit and get some points in the paint. Looked like 1 person went inside while everyone else wanted to shoot 3's and then we had a 7-0 run on us late in the game. Thats Mountain West ball and Tim needs to mix that in with B1G ball to compliment each other.

@HuskerInLostWages That's coaching. You gotta tell your guys that 3 pointers are off limits until they prove they can score in other ways. Guys are going to keep shooting unless coaching stops it. Have to get some driving and cutting and hopefully some FTS, get a couple baskets to see the ball through the rim, and then you can shoot 3's again if you are open. But to just continue letting them jack 3's like they were is a coaching issue. We will continue to lose big games like this b/c of this reason just like we have in the past. It's an absolute trend of husker basketball now and it has one big constant.

@C N Red oh I know it's coaching, I have watched it for many many years when I used to go to the UNLV games. I used to enjoy college basketball back in high school because I got to go watch grand mama, Stacey Augmon and quite a few others. Once Tark got let go the team has gone through coach after coach after coach and all of them do the same thing, live and die by the 3. I hate watching teams just consistently keep shooting 3's and missing and going on 8 minute scoring droughts, it aggravating but it never changes. Miles is a MWC coach and it shows because 90% in that conference love and die by the 3, mostly die.

Andrus Peat is terrible.

I am putting away money for a big bet next NFL season. I am putting half of what I save on the under win total for the Arizona Cardinals, and will use the the other half to bet against them during the season.

Blame Nagy for this loss. He called way too conservative of a game. And they have to let go of that kicker. Cant have that kind of stuff around any longer.

I think our defense this year is better than OUs. Thats not good.

Playing David Allen Coe at NRG stadium......... I like his good stuff, but definitely controversial to be playing in most large "public" places.

I have a co-worker who loves Phish, but some what innocently believes the bands "official" explaination of their songs. Like the "Meat stick" song is about a sausage seller in Vienna (yes, Vienna sausages)
In case you don't know the lyrics "Time for the meatstick, Bury the meatstick, Take out the meatstick time." is a sampling.

This Vandy/Baylor game is maybe the worst tackling game of upper level football I've ever seen.

Is there anything funnier than Urban Meyer teaching a class called "Leadership and Character"??

The angle of this bball game sucks. Making me sick. Where are they, directly above them in the rafters?

@krc1995He went bats#!t crazy before half and walked on the court before time ran out yelling at a ref, then on way to locker while over by bench took off his coat and threw it down.

Can some math genius tell me why a 3.5meter x 3.5meter area is greater than a 3meter x 4meter area? Maybe its just my morning brain, just seems like it should be the same, but isn't.

Start by looking at a 3x3 square. If you add 1 to one of the sides to get a 3x4 rectangle, you've added a single 3x1 rectangle or increased the area by 3. If you add 0.5 to both sides to get a 3.5x3.5 square, you've added two 3x0.5 rectangles (each of area 1.5 or an increase in area of 3 for both) and an additional 0.5x0.5 square (increase of 0.25 in area) for a total increase in area of 3.25. It's that additional square which causes the area to be greater because that additional square is getting increased area from the combination of increasing both the width and height.

@jsneb83 oh yeah? Just go to Lowe's or Home Depot and try to buy a metric tape measure
