I get calls like this frequently as well.... the phone number is always very close to mine, with two or three numbers changed.

I keep getting the ones saying today is my last chance to reduce my credit card rates.  I always hit #1 and talk to the agent who is always foreign and ask him if this is REALLY my last chance? He instantly says yes and before he goes into his spiel I say "GREAT....now you will stop calling me!!!"

Their customer service is terrible! They always end up hanging up on me when they catch on that i'm giving them fake credit card and social security numbers.
