Anyways, if its DeBoer, that will be a totally fish out of water hire. Don't get me wrong, dude can coach football like a madman (and would kill it at many, many places), but he has never been exposed to something like coaching at Alabama (especially following Saban). I feel bad for them, but I think there have been a ton of people who win at one school and not another, but this one doesn't feel like that. Sark has been the head coach at 2 different peer programs to Alabama. Norvell has been a head coach in the southeast for 8 years.
