broganreynik Posted August 4, 2017 Share Posted August 4, 2017 For those looking for a good indie flick, Lovesong and Take Me to the River on Netflix are great. Take Me to the River was actually filmed in Nebraska and has a few familiar tv character actors. It's about a family that lives in California and they come to Nebraska for a family reunion, but us Cornhuskers don't take too kind to the boy. Lovesong has Riley Keough and Jena Malone. Keough's performance is easily one of my favorites of the century. She's a stay-at-home wife who reconnects with a friend from college on a road trip when her husband is out of town.
