HuskerShark
Good luck, buddy. Have fun never seeing the field and probably being cut in a year or two. Quote Link to comment

HuskerT
I've about lost it with all of you. Has he decommitted yet? No. Has he ever said, 'I plan to decommit from Nebraska?' No. So he lives in Alabama and likes the Alabama schools.. so? I don't see people flipping sh#t on DJ Foster's page in the 2014 list because he lives in Lincoln and loves Alabama. This needs to stop. All you people do is bitch that we are slow as hell on defense. We get a FAST kid committed right out of the south and you want his scholarship pulled? You people amaze me. Agreed. Do we think any less of local kids that are originally committed elsewhere (Ohio, for example) but as soon as Nebraska offers they jump ship? Probably grew up dreaming of playing for one of the in-state schools. If it doesn't work out, he'll go elsewhere and play. But, given the chance to fulfill his dream, I couldn't fault him for taking that opportunity. *** Waits for people to jump on Ohio-to-Nebraska better than Nebraska-to-Alabama *** Glad to know there are rational minded people on this profile still. To be fair, I think only one or two members were actually bashing, the rest of us are just being realistic. To be fair, you're talking about a Husker commit who's been committed to this program for 4 months. Kids read this board. Hate to say we told you so, but....... Quote Link to comment
irieboy8
we knew this kid was as good as gone........ dont know why we allowed it to go on for so long... we must have been hoping someone else wouldn't have offered... must have had a lot of offer to keep putting up with this crap! MLB 51
glad this happened now rather than later I agree. Wouldn't want him flipping on LOI day. Happened one to many times to us. Quote Link to comment
OGNebraska
Not really surprised with with this one here. It was only a matter of time as he was waiting on 'Bama to offer him from day 1. That's cool as there are plenty of tantalizing targets @ DB left on our board. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
The guy got his dream offer, it would be like getting offered your dream job, good for him! Quote Link to comment
lionsfan93
He got what he was hoping for, good for him! Best of luck to him. Now lets replace him with Hunt or Willis! Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
I am drunk as f#*k. I hope his family gets leperacy. Just kidding. Make zero mistakes though, this f#*k used us. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Staff had to have been prepared for this though. Him looking around wasn't exactly a secret, this can't have blindsided us. Soft commit -> soft spot. Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
Let's get Priest Willis and we'll never have to think about Cook again. If he really wanted the Bama offer the entire time, then he should have never committed to us. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
I am drunk as f#*k. I hope his family gets leperacy. Just kidding. Make zero mistakes though, this f#*k used us. You think it's a little harsh to call an 18 yr old kid a name like that? Quote Link to comment
