Won't be the last Not yet he has not committed to Oregon or decommitted from Nebraska, so all we do now is wait  Apparently he will visit Oregon and then visit Nebraska I saw on scout that he will so I dont know on this one probably 50/50 at this point. He's at FCS Eastern Washington so he's trying (assuming he gets a good enough score on one more test) to get to Oregon as a graduate transfer.
