Class A throwers are DOWN as it may have been mentioned 1 Quote Link to comment
GBRFAN
This seems fitting - Shot is similar to a lineman and NU has lived off getting lineman from the smaller areas of Nebraska. Maybe we are seeing a return to the old days!!! Quote Link to comment

Waldo
I think it's weird that Nebraska has a class system for track and field When it comes to team performance, a C school is going to have a hard time beating A schools. Individually it doesn't really matter though. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
183-4 to win the discuss. To further the throwing debate the Class A winner threw 158' 0. That would have placed 5th in Class B and second in Class C. 1 Quote Link to comment

Cdog923
I always wondered how he would fare at linebacker. I don't think we can really screw up where we put him I think he will be a stud at TE or linebacker. Why not Both? He doesn't have to play TE every down but if we put him in for 10-15 snaps on offense I wouldn't complain. Maybe give him a few snaps of rest on defense and call it good. Kid is a great player and I hope he comes in ready to push for playing time right away with his skill. Welcome to the Nebraska form of the two way player. Going back and forth between the trenches playing physical football. This would be something pretty special It would be, but that would also be an IMMENSE grind. You could see a CB playing WR because there isn't a lot of contact, but going from LB to TE would double down on the wear and tear. I personally hope he ends up at TE, but I could see him being great at LB, too. I take it back; he's gonna be a Dude at LB. Quote Link to comment
