3rd and long
Lucky that wasn't a pick six the other way. Quote Link to comment
krc1995
doesn't matter how, it's good!!! Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
Really...that was a bad throw by Tommy. This game should be 21-0 right now. We're our own worst enemy. Again. We've left 11 points on the field. Quote Link to comment
whateveritis1224
Quick set and throw, good jump by the DB Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I could've jumped that route, dammit TA you have to throw the ball more outside. Going to be another season of ups and downs and shoulda coulda woulda with TA at the helm still making the same questionable decisions. Quote Link to comment
CheeseHusker
Leaving points on the field. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
Anyone surprised? Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
Anyone surprised? They shouldn't be. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
Man. Stupid things so far. One of the dumbest is having a 3rd and short route to Cotton... So many weapons, but we try and involve him of all guys? He already had a STUPID holding penalty that ended up taking away a TD and causing a TO. Quote Link to comment
krc1995
any good games today? It looks like one of those days when bad teams go to good stadiums to get a pay day Quote Link to comment
TheMeanFarmer
Anyone surprised? A little bit. Mostly disappointed. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Anyone surprised? No, but I'm disappointed that we aren't changing these mistakes we've been making for years now. Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
Dunno why anyone thought Armstrong would improve. He plateaued as a Sophomore. There was hope in his Junior year because of the new coach but obviously nothing happened. As for the red zone INT, that's on both him and the call. 50/50 1 Quote Link to comment
NUance
You know, the passing game isn't *perfect* by any means. (Read: Tommy's unexplainable pick. /Facepalm.) But it does seem like Tommy is doing a better job of hitting the open guy. Not sure if he's checking down his receivers better or what. But he seems to be targeting the open guy better than last season. Not trying to force it into a crowd like he has in the past. (I hope I'm not speaking too soon.) Quote Link to comment

I doubt anyone thought it would be any different with TA at the helm. If they did they were truly living with their heads planted firmly up their hind quarters. Quote Link to comment
