They gotta reconcile voting for Trump somehow. 

 

Instead of thinking about how and why they twice voted for a moron who attempted to subvert American democracy, they instead rationalize their dangerous and stupid electoral choices by believing a fairy tale that Joe Biden is just as corrupt as their preferred President.

You would probably surprised to know pharmaceuticals represent only 10% healthcare expenditures.   Yet very few people complain the largest drivers of healthcare costs

Hospital fees/charges are the worst and yet on a national stage they hardly get mentioned.  It’s usually insurance and drugs that catch people ire (Hospitals like this btw)

That does seem to be a little generous to the U.S. now.  The World Bank 2022 revision has our life expectancy now at 76 years and we're hovering around 64 in world rank.  Just digging around into the stats.
