Cy the Cyclone
This is sad to watch...but, like a car crash, I just have to look 1 Quote Link to comment
YellowShirt
I just don't know what to say anymore. Can Frost just bring his whole team with him too? 2 Quote Link to comment
lo country
Just now, The Duke said: First Quarter Impressions Ohio State has the more talented roster, but the real reason they are making this look easy is because they are WELL-COACHED. Nick Gates is going to have a long night. This will remind him of last year's bowl game versus Tennessee. Nebraska is soft on both sides of the ball. Don't even worry about watching the skill positions. Just focus a series or two on the trenches. We are overmatched. The Cornhusker offense has ZERO identity. So sad, yet so true. No physicality. We are so lacking in even the most basic of fundamentals....Again back to identity....soft, penalty prone, lacking mastery of the basics... Quote Link to comment
HuskerNation1
Well maybe POB will get some PT in the 4th when we are losing 52 to 3 Quote Link to comment

CharBroiled
It's a good thing Barrett plays for Ohio State. He couldn't start in Riley's system. 1 Quote Link to comment
grandpasknee
There have to be some good High School coaches in the stands tonight. I'm one who has been willing to give the staff a bit of time, that kind of went out the window last week. I'd like to see Rimington grab some high school coaches out of the stands, and make the whole coaching staff watch from the sidelines, no headphones or anything. I know there are many listed reasons for not firing during the season, but really, what could it make worse? 2 Quote Link to comment

As it stands, we are an elementary school team compared to OSU and many other teams in our conference. We have now become the team that pads the stats of those in pursuit of greatness... Bring back Frost. It's really that simple. I'd put the feelers out this week.. 2 Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
They are holding our guys!! Barrett would've been sacked had their guy not held on to our guy! Quote Link to comment

Apathy
How do you not start a RB who has rushed for over 100 yards in 3 consecutive games. And some Husker fans want to give Riley another year. He's clueless 1 Quote Link to comment

Sadly we are just a LONG way from being relevant in the Big Ten race and a light year from being in the national title hunt. Blame Riley all you want but we are so far behind the top level programs in talent it is not even debatable. How many of our starters could even earn letters at Ohio State, except playing in the latter minutes of blow out wins. Seriously? Spiehlman maybe. Anybody else? DPE? maybe if he weren't afraid. We may not stop them all game long really. It is not even a contest talent wise. This is simply not a Riley loss - this loss can be blamed fairly on the the coaches and administration at NU over the past 20 years. They ALL have taken turns trashing our program. Wow. You were the last name I expected to see when I looked up after reading this post. I like your new style 1 Quote Link to comment
