Bob O
I assume he is chiseled compared to #90 in another thread. Maybe? 1 Quote Link to comment

Most strongmen competitors are well over 300 pounds and have six packs. Not saying that he's chiseled, but it's doable with a crap load of muscle. Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
Proof that 1/4 squats can get you chiseled. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Hopefully Damion is in good enough shape to take a decent load this season. He graded-out well in 2018 but they couldn't leave him in because he would crap-out so quickly. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Chiseled was probably hyperbolic. Which is fine. Quote Link to comment

I even posted numbers for middle school lifting and the kids get so into it. We did it for pushups, broad jump, bench (55 pounds I think) and maybe high jump, I can't remember. After 6 weeks of conditioning the results were crazy Quote Link to comment

Undone
Mo shoulda went with the sleeveless look; guy is straight up ripped. Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
He says here he did 7 plates (675 if no 25s) and the Davis twins/Damian Jackson/Chris Walker did "8, 9" (765-855). Then he goes on to say he doesn't like the younger guys in his lifting group to lift more than him so he adds on the 2 25s. So he's doing 725. 1 Quote Link to comment

Its a little dig to be honest. I know his reasoning for them but would like to see them do a$$ to grass also. I don't care for the videos that show our guys doing 800 lb squats and they only go down a 1/4 of the way and then post saying it. Thats not a true 800 lb squat in my eyes. Quote Link to comment
