  1. It's pretty sick that Archy spews nonsense like this all time. Just about 99 percent of abortions happen before 21 weeks and most of the terminations at or after 21 weeks were very wanted pregnancies but resulted in serious fetal anomalies. Im no doctor but common sense tells me if someone is actually considering "aborting" a healthy baby one day before expected natural birth, they're probably in labor and it's called giving birth at this point.

  3. Legal in all cases, doesn't mean they believe it should be used in all cases. I can see people thinking it should be legal for the Dr and patient to analyze the situation and make the decision themselves. I would think that way fewer than 29% are perfectly comfortable and OK with a woman and Dr aborting a perfectly healthy child a week before birth just because. But....the procedure should be a legal option for very rare situations where it's needed and the baby becomes non-viable, threatening the mom's health/life.

  6. It's pretty dumb that some percentage of Americans equate a perspective on legality as the same thing as a perspective on what's ok and swell morally, ethically, and otherwise.

  8. That is absolutely mind blowing, how is it even possible to turn the ball over on 1/5th of your offensive possessions. Makes you really appreciate what the Blackshirts did last season even more.

  9. I feel for him. My own shoulder surgery is scheduled for May 13th. I'll only be in a sling for one to two weeks fortunately, but the rehab takes a while. I have a SLAP tear with partial tears to my rotator cuff and labrum. They are also working on a bone spur and have to detach/re-attach my bicep. Sounds like fun, right? Sadly, I don't think they way I hurt it is nearly as cool as Shiloh, I'm sure. I ate crap outside of MSG while hustling from pre-gaming for a Billy Joel concert, fell face first on the lovely NYC sidewalks. Two homeless dudes were very concerned about me, much more so than my wife who was laughing. But, in her defense, I tend to fall a lot, like, A LOT. Moral of the story, don't get old people. It sucks.

  13. This is a plausible take. I can’t believe I have to explain what’s happening here, but here goes. Elite students of Ivy League schools have glamorized oppression so much that they have now reached role play status to satisfy their fantasies. Here, the students have appropriated the suffering of Gazans and are cosplaying as living through humanitarian crisis. In their American make-believe story where Ivy League infrastructure sets the scene, the students play Gazans and the school administration plays Israel. Israel (the school) is blocking their “basic humanitarian aid” in this play, and if they don’t receive it soon, they will “die of thirst and starvation” (appropriating exact experiences of Gazans). They also destroy upper class buildings and claim them as “liberated” while the students repeat chants in zombie-like chorus, playing the roll of “freedom fighters” destroying Israeli infrastructure and claiming them freed. If I’m alive in a world where people don’t see the levels of perversion in this, I give up. You don’t see this in lower tier schools from kids of lower socio-economic standing because they aren’t plagued with the guilt of privilege that they’re seeking to launder through Middle East role plays of feigned suffering. This is as first world dystopia as it gets. Meanwhile, these Ivy League students who can have much more than a glass of water and as much food as their stomachs can take are commanding the attention of the media and the entire American audience, while actual Gazans who need humanitarian aid are ignored. I still have to pinch myself that people don’t see this.

  14. So I never really heard him speak a lot when he was at Jax State but the times I did hear him he seemed okay, he seemed like he was about the kids and making sure they got what they needed and were recognized. Now it almost seems like he is playing up the role of the bad guy OR maybe this is just his true personality and he was just being a bit more reserved at his last stop. But man does he ever seem doooshy now. I also can't see why he stays after this season. I have known from than a few "Dad Coaches" that stop coaching the second their kid or kids are no longer on the team. I kind of get that vibe from him.

  17. You're responding about a survey, while repeating what Trump and his sheep have been spewing for a long time. They are even claiming liberals want post birth abortions....which don't even exist. I've shown you that abortions moments before birth don't even exist, but here we are and you're still arguing about it. Because the abortions you are crying about didn't exist and they have been illegal in the US during that time........and literally nobody other than maybe an extreme few wackos were arguing for. This entire issue is a made up campaign issue from the right and you just can't help yourself from promoting it farther.

  18. Because it's very clear to everyone else that you have fallen for this fake issue that Trump and his sheep brewed up.

  20. Isn't it fun when Trump and his sheep make up controversy over things that literally don't happen, get their followers all lathered up, try to paint everyone else as unreasonable heathens....and it's all based on a falsehood from the start?

  24. It's not all students. Some are probably getting used. "NYPD arrested 282 protesters during a raid on Thursday, of which 134 had no affiliation with either school, the Post reported, citing law enforcement sources. Mayor Eric Adams has repeatedly warned that "outside agitators" had infiltrated the anti-Israel encampments and were responsible for radicalizing students. "“What was given to me by my team, a preliminary review of the numbers, just the beginning process of analyzing, but it appears, though, that over 40% of those who participated in Columbia and CUNY were not from the school and they were outsiders,” Adams told NPR in an interview. Earlier, the mayor had said professional agitators were responsible for the occupation of Hamilton Hall at Columbia University, in addition to students. "This is a global problem that young people are being influenced by those who are professionals at radicalizing our children and I’m not going to allow that to happen as the mayor of the city of New York,” he said Wednesday." Welcome to the party Mayor. I would bet a steak dinner that these are the same agitators from 2020, that decided it was time to leave mommy's basement again. They just forced UCLA to go remote. I am happy to report that both of my kids in college are taking finals, or have finished finals, in a normal college environment without protests.

  26. they are #20 and 1 game out of the Conference lead. The boys don't hold hosting as a huge goal like unrealistic fans do. For a School who has made 1 regional in 16 years, how about we get to one before jumping all the way to hosting? Lets get to the dance consistently then worry about hosting.

  28. I'm guessing 99.99% of people would say that Ms. Strawdog should not be able to kill her healthy baby mere days before natural birth. The reason you also reject blanket anti-abortion terms are the cases where the woman and her doctor understand that the mother's life is at risk, at which point you still attempt to deliver a live baby early and nobody calls it an abortion.

  30. Good! Since he said he is not changing his mind I guess those protesters can leave the buildings the "liberated" and go get their own food? Show is over folks, you did not change the world by demanding free lunch, yelling at other students and proudly admitting that you hate jews and that you are "hamas" Time to head back to school and keep getting picked last for dodgeball.

  32. It's a fact that Margaret Sanger was a eugenicist, and that her birth control outreach to Black and underclass communities could be interpreted in the worst possible way. Planned Parenthood fully acknowledges this, honoring Sanger's efforts on behalf of women's health and denouncing her embrace of eugenics. https://www.plannedparenthood.org/uploads/filer_public/cc/2e/cc2e84f2-126f-41a5-a24b-43e093c47b2c/210414-sanger-opposition-claims-p01.pdf

  33. If the Husker defense goes all-in on bullrushing a fragile CU offensive line, Shaedur Sanders won't hurt you, and even a marginal improvement in Husker QB play makes a significant difference over last year. I like our chances.

  34. This got me thinking. Back in the day (1980s) when I was active in peaceful abortion clinic protests, the leaders always pointed to the 'fact' that Margarette Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, started the organization to limit the births of minority women - thus most clinics were in locations where most minorities lived - all for the purposed of promoting the white population at the expense of the minorities - or so I was told. Now 100 years after Sanger's work started to become known we have the same thing happening (if the before mentioned was really true) but in a different way. As noted in your post of Ron F's tweets, Charlie Kirk's statements are a not so vailed racism that says the white majority must be maintained at all costs. Well, any suppression of any culture is a lost for all of us. One thing I've learned in working in international business is that all cultures, all ethnic backgrounds and races only ADD to the human experience and enriches us all. While Sanger saw the value of birth control science in preventing birth defects (her original goal in her work), her association with the eugenics movement did hurt her reputation even though she disagreed with the racial and class focus of the movement. The movement's ideas would become a part of Hitler's White Supremacy policies. But Sanger should not have this tied around her as so painted by leaders in the prolife movement. Would not the Charlie Kirks of this day be more in line with the 'white supremacy' policies of Nazism? I think so.

  35. Obviously it will be interesting to see how both team look in their first games. But I do think it will be a close line. But the Huskers probably get the home team edge and will be a 3-5 point favorite. Of course, if the Raiola hype train is in full gear and the money is pouring in on the Huskers, it could be closer to 7.
