Now sure, he never discusses that policy, and his campaign thus far relies entirely on political theater. But these Republican politicians won't fool me again! Fool me once, shame on you. I understand how bad Colorado was last year. I also understand that most of that team is gone. Like almost all of that team doesn't exist anymore. And how bad our opponent is doesn't matter if we aren't ready to play. (umm. the bill that was passed wasn't the one being discussed previously) 6) The head Republican comes out after and says, since we didn't get it in this bill, I'm still pledging to fight to cut Medicare and SS.

I think McCarthy thing to negotiate from a position of power, mostly to cut services for the poor, is funny - because his voting baseis too crazy to vote for anything that involves a functioning government. If Republicans were normal, actually had policy or had motives outside of "democrats bad", then bipartisanship is good. These Republicans are mostly opportunistic morons with the only interest of causing harm because they think it helps them get elected.

Just got an email at work for Motor City Pride (an annual event that's been going on for a long time), and it reminded me of the Rainbow Ford Raptors... Mater Dei's new HC is a big Husker fan. He has been their DC for a couple years but always wore a blackshirts hat while coaching. It is definitely a school that we should hit hard.

Of course for me, but if you think of how any politician would respond in these given situations, most would react similar to DeSantis. It's actually pretty rare for a candidate to open the floor to questions at a speech or rally. I'd like to concentrate on his willfully cruel stunts and policies and not pretend some awkward cackle of a laugh is proof of his unfitness. There's no need to get petty when there's bigger and better low-hanging fruit, and I think it can get counter-productive.

I agree. Constant complaining about the minor stuff dilutes the real egregious issues. And it has the negative effect of reinforcing the idea that some underserving someone or some thing is after them. When everything gets treated the same way, people become numb and then nobody is concerned about the right things. With people like Trump and Desantis, we really don’t need to make mountains out of mole hills. There are more than enough mountains on their own.

Sorry fellas but this caliber of talent we have never really landed. Aaron Green I would say is the exception. Maybe Bookie for a brief period? Always fall short. Joseph Lewis, Bookie, Andrus Peat, Owa, etc. Need to get things rolling before we can actually have a chance at guys like this.

There's nothing snarky here. It is simple to see you put words in my mouth and were more than happy to participate in whatever snark you think I injected in the first place. Regardless, I'll reiterate that it is refreshing to see two organizations get rewarded for their level-headedness when it seems so many have opted for a short-sighted and dare I say ungrateful position in regards to their personnel decision making. Imagine if the Warriors had fired Steve Kerr after they missed the playoffs in 2020 and 2021.

In regards to the platform itself, regardless of who owns it, Twitter as an app is much better now than what is what pre-Elon takeover.
