Honestly, just dramatically lower your expectations for what matters to the median voter. They don't think and fill in a voting bubble. They think that "both sides are bad". Biden has "legal trouble" and so does Trump. Trump was found guilty of a weird crime but that was probably just politics. They think Biden would be found guilty if he went to court too. They then ask themselves if it cost $8 more dollars to fill up their F-250 Extended Cab/Hyundai Odyssey Minivan in October. That's pretty much it. Once you give up hope for the median voter it becomes a lot easier to understand the political climate we find ourselves in. Republican voters will never leave their party, no matter how morally bankrupt it becomes. You're then left with a very small number of persuadable voters who truly do not pay attention to nor care about each political candidate. They are what I describe above.

I get it guys. Most fans really appreciate him. But take a step back and look at our recruiting in the trenches. It has been bad. Besides us, Ethan had offers from SD and Ohio, that's it. We took him because he was a nebraska kid with a good frame. I watched him play quite a bit in high school against one of my son's so I got to see more than most. I wasnt a fan and honestly was surprised we offered him. He turned out ok and I feel terrible for his injury, but linemen of his caliber aren't going to get nebraska to the level all of us want.

What a horrible take on the cause of the problems. I guess I didn’t realize so many people blame the SEC and B1G. They didn’t create the free for all portal or the wild wild west NIL rules. Conference expansion is least of the problems.

It's interesting that Williams from Rutgers is able to play now, while Ulis still sits. Don't know, for continuity purposes, if it's not better for Nebraska at this point anyway (if Rutgers wasn't having an awful season, prob. would've let Williams sit... though he could have eligibility issues). Need a good showing these next 2 games. (I'll be in the stands reppin' red at NW.)

They would make it about 4 days. They would have no college sports, they would have no pro sports, they would need passports to leave their "country", they would have no armed forces, they would have no trade partners. THEY would have to control their own boarders. Every US company that operated within their "country" would refuse to pay these insane min wage rates. They would end up having to sell off their oil for half of what it costs now. I hope they do it...idiots. My god, they they would need to create their own currency!
