I can see the "culture" problem not being as hard to correct as we might've thought it would be. Some of the more serious cases probably already left team so MR is left with maybe only some milder cases to fix. These kids aren't stupid, they had to sense Bo was a little off in that regard. They're probably very receptive to a little more professional approach.

So if we face adversity and they don't respond, it's the previous staffs fault not the current? Just trying to get this down now.
