My wife was a R/E agent. You'll spend a lot of weekends at open houses at first. For almost zip in pay. In addition to your basic license, go ahead and get your broker's license too. They eventually make the big bucks.

I'm in Real Estate Marketing - It's a feast or famine world. If you're looking for a consistent paycheck, I don't recommend Real Estate.

I would rather invest into a nice condo community than a house. Not big on yard work.

Juco DTs Foppa, Juco DTs Not Jucos in general seeing as David and Gomes came through here recently.

It seems like JUCO DTs would be more likely to make it at FBS than JUCO LBs and safeties. The DT position is easier to master than LB or safety. But it hasn't worked out that way for us. Weird.

Depending which line you're talking about, a great O-line can make an okay running back look like an All American; if it's the D-line, a dominating front four solves a lot of problems for the back seven. But yeah, it's still a team sport.
