It was pretty damn good! Smoke flavor was an excellent compliment to the USDA Prime!

Only complaint was the meat texture wasn't quite perfect. I had to hold the steak and then bring it back up to temp because it finished before the GF was done with work. Color was perfect, but it felt dry even though it was juicy and tatsed amazing. GF loved it, but I'm a perfectionist about cooking.

Everything else was some of my finest work! Chanterelles are delicious!

Bo’s personality is a product of his heritage. Not justifying it or taking a shot at him, but that Italian personality of his makes it hard for some to get over.

I remember when he did some color work on games last year.  It.  Was.  Brutal.  Thankfully, it appears they've given his work to Louis Riddick which is glorious.  A little because Howard is that bad, mostly because Riddick is that good.  He's fantastic and I only hope that he will soon be taking his rightful place on MNF.

It was like mid 70s here and 90% humidity with no wind. It kind of sucked. It was conveniently cloudy until just after the 2 mile marker when a slight incline began. I was baking for a few minutes and had walk a little so I didn't die...
