Bama also plays an FCS team nearly every year.  Mercer this year.  Cattananooga last year.  Charleston Southern two years ago.  And so on.  So there's that. 

It's clear they've realized that SOS means absolutely nothing when you have that SEC bias behind you.

8 game conference schedule, play marquee non con foe at neutral site every year and schedule an FCS team before rivalry week.

Unfortunately, if you don't know someone personally with tickets, sites like seatgeek are your best bet to make sure you're not being scammed.  

Honestly, looking at the prices on there, even with the fees, it's not bad.  There's some for $16 in the corner or roughly $30 at the 30-35 yard line.

Volleyball...on the other hand......

For any kids who commit and sign LOI's, they should be able to leave upon the coach being fired or leaving for another school. Not saying all players but any that have not participated in a practice or maybe within a grace period from signing day.  No reason a player should get the shaft by committing to one coach and style and then a week later find out that coach is gone.  

It might be best for the players to stick around and see who's next.  I mean, how many will play as true freshmen next fall and lose eligibility?  They'll be able to transfer next year if they want, so long as they don't play in game.  

OTOH, Arizona sucks. Who can we steal? 

I'd think the school would still let them sign elsewhere if they chose to do that. Still have a month to look around

I couldn't believe what I was watching.  The defense is pathetic.  Get ready to be boat raced by Oregon.  It won't even be close.  

I'm not sure we have the personnel to run this type of defense effectively. Not sure if that help or hurt our recruiting efforts.

Um, you mean November 24th? If we don't make a bowl, I seriously doubt we wait until Saturday to make an announcement, especially if Moos has someone lined up. 

Bo was fired on Sunday (2 days) after the black Friday game. Different situation, but I think we would let Riley go the day after. 

Eichorst was also a craptacular AD, and Moos so far has shown every indication that he is not.

IDK, some schools *wink wink* get pretty salty over their marching band. Volleyball shouldn't be that big of a stretch
