JJ Husker
Don't know if this has been mentioned but American Horror Story on Netflix is pretty good. They've got the first 4 seasons and I believe season 5 is currently running on the network (fx maybe). Season 1 was ok but really liked season 2 (asylum) and am now trying to get through season 3 (coven). It's a little different, they keep a lot of the same cast season to season but their characters change as does the storyline. Wasn't sure I would like that but they do a good job with it. Hooked on Huskers
I recently watched Walking Dead series. Random episodes, approximately 30 so far. My big question ...... Why do the walkers (two zombies) seem to ignore her (Michonne) and suddenly docile as long as she is holding two of them with a rope or chains? I enjoy Dixon brothers and I despise Governor characters. My pet peeve complaint, too many zombies ! Anyway, lots of plot holes but who cares ! BTW, I watched the entire Breaking Bad series, twice ! EDIT (as of December 27th): I finally finished WD series. Still no answer ..... Why do the walkers (two zombies) seem to ignore her (Michonne) and suddenly docile as long as she is holding two of them with a rope or chains? Quote Link to comment
The Dude
F is for Family is fun. If you like Bill Burr, watch it. Making a Murderer is absolutely must watch. Both on Netflix. Quote Link to comment
suh_fan93
The part where they profile the children of Syria is mind blowing. These kids live in a war zone more or less. Constant shelling, snipers and bombs going off in their city and in their neighborhoods. The stories the children tell of their daily lives in just plain crazy. A bomb went off outside as they were interviewing a little girl in her house who was 5. She had heard the bombs so many times she knew the particular one that fell as she was being interviewed was a dud as it didn't fully detonate. In another scene the frontline camera's were filming a little girl singing when a bomb or missile exploded basically next to where they were standing. Only available until Jan 1st. 1 Quote Link to comment

There was a far fetched explanation in either an episode or on The Talking Dead show after I can't remember which. She broke the bottom jaws off of both of them, so it made them lose their instinct to eat her and could be led around like pets. Then the smell of them masked her smell (think of when the group rubbed walker guts all over them in season 1 so as not to be detected--great idea which never has been duplicated on other dangerous runs) of her and all the other walkers ignore her as well. It's not a great explanation, but that was the explanation they gave. Quote Link to comment

She needs to open up pet shop business and selling exotic pets for non-zombies customers (prison camp for example) by protecting zombies zones !! I know, just a movie kick ass katana sword. No guns necessary !!! She is a smart cookie and clever. LINK: New season preview Quote Link to comment

teachercd
Sons of Anarchy started off cool and just got so freaking stupid as it went on. Oh... You don't think? That season in Ireland was terrible and the last season was like "Hey, let's see how over-the-top we can make this" Quote Link to comment

zoogs
I've been watching "Death Note" on Netflix. It's an anime show about a kid who finds a book that can cause people to die if he writes their names in it. I have to admit I actually sort of like it. Next thing you know I'll be watching anime porn and asking my wife to dress up in plaid schoolgirl skirts. That's a very spooky (and good) show. That kid is a little off the rails! I watched it on Hulu a few years ago and it's still available for free there, if anyone's interested. Gotta go with the subtitled version, not the dubbed one. I haven't ventured much further down the anime road, though -- maybe a good thing 1 Quote Link to comment
NUance
I watched a couple episodes of Battle Creek last night. Pretty good so far. It's a cop series by Vince Gilligan, the creator or Breaking Bad. Quote Link to comment
