Huskers viewing Hboard

Recommended Posts

To players former and present reading this, my twin 4 year old boys say they want to be Huskers when they grow up. At the end of the day that's all that should matter, you are heroes to them and they love watching you. Focus on that when you hear the negative crap from a 42 year old over weight wanna be that has no idea what he's talking about.

To Huskers reading:

There are two sides to every coin. As much as the negative or unwanted attention can get obnoxious, remember that, whether you like it or not, you are public figures in the spotlight. By virtue of playing for the Huskers, people know who you are and will attempt to find out as much about you as possible. For those looking to make a career in the NFL, this could almost be considered a warmup.

However, also consider that there is an entire message board (well, a few, actually) devoted to YOU! Your accomplishments! Praising your play and other accolades! Getting excited for your play and, for the younger ones, your potential! People writing all day, every day about how much they want YOU to succeed! I can't even imagine how great it must feel to read positive things about yourself on a daily basis.
