Red Five
Seeing on another board Gates is going to declare for the draft. Anyone heard anything? 1 Quote Link to comment
Decked
Keep seeing it everywhere. Dude has loads of potential but has an attitude problem for sure. Good luck if he is indeed gone. Quote Link to comment
Savage Husker
Gates freshman year is certainly not Gates the last two years. Hope there is a revelation with the coaching change, if he stays. I think he should stay. If you have to, shuffle him back to right tackle and find someone who can lock down at left T. He was more aggressive and nasty as freshman. Would hope a final year with a new coach and philosophy could change how he leaves his mark. Quote Link to comment
spurs1990
Sounds like this is getting closer to being confirmed. Quote Link to comment
I AM FOOT FOOT
Agree with that tweet,Gates could use a year with a real oline coach and definitely some time in the weight room.but best of luck to him 1 Quote Link to comment

knapplc
I said Vincent Valentine should stay another year and he's been marvelous in the NFL. What do I know? Good luck, Gates. Go raise some hell. 2 Quote Link to comment
Decked
We are going to be so awful at OT. Wish we would have snagged a JUCO OT Quote Link to comment
Making Chimichangas
He probably sees how much effort he'll be required to give and wants no part of it. Regardless, best of luck to him. 2 Quote Link to comment
