Frazier, his HS coach and Osborne flew to Lincoln on a private jet the weekend before signing day. I would say that one is pretty important. I was thinking that was #1 as well. For now. grandpasknee
I'm hoping the injury bug left the building with Owen yesterday. If AM can stay healthy (and return to full speed, which I don't think he is right now), he will be absolutely phenomenal. If the rest of the team shapes up and we get to winning football, I could see him in NY at the Heisman presentation. I loved how he got up and was almost laughing after he got caught on that first long run yesterday. He loved it, and I was reading his mind...he was thinking "no brace and a little more recovery and that dude is watching me cross the goal line".... Quote Link to comment

Good point, although I was looking at the saving the program before it is gone forever angle. Frazier was obviously a huge get. Quote Link to comment

He does a lot without looking like he is trying, flustered or exciting. And this only his 7th game after a year off....... Quote Link to comment

DefenderAO
I love how poised and controlled his emotions are. Not too high, not too low. Steady. Amazing talent AND demeanor from the kid 1 Quote Link to comment
Redux
I once saw Adrian Martinez snatch a Hawk right out of the sky and braid it's feathers, don't ask me how he did it. It was amazing. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Anyone else find it interesting how similar Martinez is to Patrick Mahones? i watch Huskers on Saturday and Chiefs on Sunday. They are very similar....even in looks. Just wish the Huskers had the Chiefs record. Quote Link to comment

BigRedBuster
Something that is important in all of this. 2AM and Washington were two of our top recruits in last year's class. We are already seeing the top recruits in the class being developed and contributing. For way too long, we have brought in highly recruited players only to see them flounder and not live up to their billing. I believe this staff will take these good recruits and build them into very good players. That has not been the case with way too many of our top recruits for a long time. 1 Quote Link to comment
