Prevalence of Symptoms More Than Seven Months After Diagnosis of Symptomatic COVID-19 in an Outpatient Setting

I keep reading that not a single one or almost zero people getting covid now are people with vaccines.

So why would we need to shut down if the vaccines are that effectve? Let the unvaccinated people reap what they sow :¯\_(ツ)_/¯:

Vaccinated people are still getting covid, but the severity is much reduced with very, very few deaths. As for schools, kids under 12 cannot be vaccinated, and while covid doesn't affect children as much, it still can have long term effects.

Plus there's the increased risk of a vaccine-resistant mutation if we give the virus enough chances.

I'm not sure if remote schools is the way to go, but those are some of the issues.

That's the main issue. The unvaccinated give the virus hosts to mutate. Eventually it'll leap the vaccine hurdle and we're back to square one.
