We decided to go a different direction. AR used to do the schedule page but he's out of that business. We decided to try a thread in the Football forum that would be easier for anyone to update and might be more visible.

C N - a lot of air bnb options are totally private, either with people renting out an apartment and using it for air bnb, or having a guest house behind theirs, etc. look into the options.

I have. Many of the reasonable priced ones are like 2-3 bedroom apartments where you share space and have your own bedroom, at least in areas I want to stay. I guess I should have mentioned I'm being fairly picky about where I want to stay. Somewhere between Roosevelt and Divsion on or very near Mag mile, with River area being perfect. I've found some hotels for reasonable prices I'm willing to pay, just looking for something just as good or better.
