That's why there is no point looking for holds, they happen all the time and unless there are 5 more refs they will continue to happen. many are border line and in the end for the most part it all evens out.

THere are crossfit girls I know that arent juicing and get big ol traps and have a manly physique. They walk a fine line of being attractive.
