I saw it on there before I left for work, so I didn't have time to actually watch. So, I'm not sure how much they talk about Flippin.

    3. JJ Husker

      JJ Husker

Just watched it. It's interesting but it was hard to stay awake. They spend quite a bit of time on Flippin. That was the best part IMO as I didn't know much about him.

Great! I'll have to watch it this weekend.

  2. Anyone have a question they'd like Diaco or an unnamed defensive player to answer?

Ask him if he's going to let the defense act like predatory animals. That's all I care about, really. Just let the Blackshirts hunt.

And get the damned offense off the field ASAP so I can watch my Blackshirts wreak more havoc.

Yep. Turns out Mick Stoltenberg had his name removed so he can strike fear into opposing linemen just by whistling The Good, The Bad and The Ugly theme.

  4. I'm now a married man, after a fairly impromptu wedding at an open mic! Planned it Tuesday, had it Wednesday, yet it turned out pretty perfect for a couple of hipsters. Now for the baby.

  7. Just had an argument with a co-worker about what "midnight Monday" means. He says it means Monday night, because the day doesn't start until 12:01. Well, why do we countdown to midnight for New Years then? Vert de Ferk?

    1. TonyStalloni

      TonyStalloni

Because we are "celebrating" the time 12:00:01. AM

    2. VectorVictor

      VectorVictor

No, we're celebrating 12:00:00 because midnight is the start of the new day. And then the AM starts at 12:00:01. Midnight and noon are lines of demarcation, and technically shouldn't have AM or PM affixed to them.

Also, there's no such thing as 2400 in the military, because a new day starts on 0000, which is midnight. Your last second of the day is 23:59:59, and then a new day starts on 0000.

  8. The opening track off our upcoming album. Sadly, it bears more weight after yesterday's attacks. https://soundcloud.com/rattlesnakeboys/the-beast-in-its-tracks

  9. A year ago today I was put in the ER by Kenny Bell. Coolest moment of my life.

You weren't the same guy as 2012 Wisconsin though right? When Kenny got a late hit and flew out of bounds breaking a RED camera?

    3. broganreynik

      broganreynik

Nope, I was hit by Kenny on the play vs. Illinois when Ameer dove into the end zone. I was following Ameer with the camera, Kenny and a DB were locked up in the back of the end zone and they went out of bounds and blindsided me.

  10. Well, we're currently sitting dead last in FBS for passing yards allowed

  11. I'm sorry guys, it's my fault. For the first time since the Calliban, I didn't buy a new hat before the season opener. I'll stop being picky and just buy one, pronto.

  14. Hosting the Big Red Rundown post-game show tomorrow. Here's hoping the f-bomb doesn't come out in the case of a loss... or win for that matter.

    1. TonyStalloni

      TonyStalloni

When you stay in the studio there is less chance of getting run over and injured.

  15. So, if Oregon gets a pass for their loss because of injuries, we should get a pass too, right? Not having Cethan Carter and Kenny Bell blocking on the edge really hurts the run game. Not to mention Bell could have proved vital in that last drive. Not saying we should be excused, just pointing out the ridiculousness of forgiving Oregon's loss.

Davie left that game as well. Rose proceeded to get burned by Lippett on a double move for a TD

Why? Because I wanted it? It was the first tattoo that I've wanted and still wanted two years later. And the pic was taken at the liquor store. Just took it to show a friend what it looked like.

  18. Interesting. Ran a poll this weekend while doing sports on what kind of season Bo needs to have to keep his job. 49% of people voted that his job is not in jeopardy. I'm as big of Bo supporter as the next guy, but not having a winning season is not going to keep Bo around.

Are there people who think we could possibly have a losing season with our schedule? I don't think his job is in jeopardy either...........but with a losing season, that could change awful quickly.

  19. Making my sports anchor debut tomorrow (Saturday). Wish me luck!

  20. Hmm. I guess that jersey chaser was right about Turner at QB.

  21. Talked to a jersey chaser the other day, who tried to tell me Turner was switching back to QB. While I wouldn't be surprised to see him get a look in spring ball, a full-time switch seems a unlikely, no?

Nope, she wasn't hot. Therefore, I see it as very take it with a salt lick block worthy.

  22. I've never been more disgusted with the fans as this season. Leaving games early, doing the wave in the middle of the 4th quarter of a tie game, and now this incredulous lack of faith going forward. Get a grip, people. This program has bright skies ahead.
